This is an important message that will require you to plan ahead for Parent Conference Week, November 4-8
New this school year, elementary schools in the district will be the only schools having parent conferences which will require minimum days for those students only. The junior high and high school will NOT have minimum days but will have their regular schedule. Parents of elementary school children need to plan ahead because students will be let out at 1:25 p.m.  Buses will be taking the elementary school children home right after school. Parents should expect the bus to arrive at their stops one hour and forty-five minutes earlier than regular days. If parents of elementary children regularly rely on middle or high school students for supervision of their younger siblings, alternative arrangements will need to be made. Students in the after school program will not be affected by this change.

Thank you for planning ahead.
